Where on the North East ridge line should the shovels start digging?
Here’s a simple question, and with all of the efforts to push this project on the residents of the township, no one has ever explained why wind turbines should be built here in the first place. Since many of us are scratching our heads, we thought our local officials would have an answer, or maybe the landowners who want them could weigh in. This is an easy one. Right?
